IT WASN'T TO BE: MELILLA PREVAILS AND THE TEAM IS ALREADY THINKING ABOUT CONTINUING TO WORK

It wasn't to be. The team fell 4-0 in their visit to Melilla, in a match where our opponent imposed a very high pace and showed great quality for much of the game.

It took us a while to get into the game and find the necessary rhythm. Even when we did create scoring opportunities, we lacked the finishing touch.

After the break, we settled into the game much better, gained a foothold in the match, and created some chances that could have resulted in goals. We fought until the end, trying to change the course of the game and never giving up.

But when Melilla plays with such fluidity, maintains such a high pace and also finds accuracy in front of goal, it's very difficult.

We must congratulate Melilla on the game and our team for not giving up until the end. Now it's time to keep working hard, keep growing, and start thinking about the next challenge.
