History, Passion and Innovation: F.S.F. Móstoles

He Women's Futsal Móstoles It is a leading entity in the Spanish sports sceneFrom our municipality in the Community of Madrid, we work not only to compete at the highest level in the First Division of the National League, but to be a true driving force and impetus of women's futsalchanging the way we understand this sport through innovation, sporting excellence and social commitment.

1. Origins and Identity (1988 – 1989)

The club's history began in 1988 during the festivities in the Los Molinos neighborhood of Móstoles.Ángel Nuevo then organized a local competition to fulfill the dreams of a group of young people who wanted to play futsal.

Following the undeniable success of that initiative, in 1989 the Los Molinos Sports School, registering in the 2nd Regional of the Madrid Futsal Federation and achieving promotion to 1st Regional that same year.

2. Promotion to the National Elite (1994 – 1995)

Thanks to perseverance, effort, and daily improvement, the 1994/1995 season became a turning point. The team won the league title and earned promotion to the División de Honor (now the First Division of the Women's National Futsal League).

At that moment of consolidation within the elite, the entity adopted the official name of Women's Futsal Móstoles, beginning an uninterrupted journey in the top tier of national and international futsal.

3. Achievements and History of Success

Throughout our more than three decades in the top division, F.S.F. Móstoles has built one of the most decorated and respected sporting histories in the country:

  • 2 National Leagues of the First Division.

  • 4 Queen's Cups.

  • 1 Spanish Super Cup (and 1 Runner-up).

  • 1 European Bronze.

  • 1 Iberian Cup.

  • 7 Star Award from the Community of Madrid, recognition of our sporting and institutional impact.

4. Talent Development and Sports Ecosystem: From the Grassroots to the Elite

We firmly believe that the quarry is the cornerstone of any sustainable projectWe have a comprehensive structure made up of More than 90 players and 8 teams that cover all stages of sports development:

  • Móstoles Academy: Competitive structure by stages that encompasses the teams Benjamin, Alevín, Infantil, Cadete, Juvenil, Preferente and Primera Regional.

  • First Team (Elite): Our squad in the First Division, benchmarks of high-performance sport.

Our teams compete at the top of the school and regional federated leagues, and are also a constant source of talent for the Madrid and Spanish national teams in its different categories (from Under-17 to the Senior National Team).

5. Innovation, Social Project and Institutional Support

At F.S.F. Móstoles we are not content to simply follow the established path: We seek to transform the management, projection and development of women's futsalWe apply modern training and communication methodologies to place our athletes at the forefront of media and professional development.

We understand sport as a tool for transformation and values, which is why we actively participate in key projects:

  • UNIEVERO Woman Project: Initiative focused on enhancing leadership, training, visibility and professional development opportunities for women within the sports industry.

  • Spain Competes Project: Direct collaboration to ensure that sports practice is accessible to all children, regardless of their resources, promoting healthy habits and values of inclusion, as well as fostering the competitiveness of Spanish athletes.

  • Institutional Support: We work hand in hand with the Móstoles City Council and the King Juan Carlos University (URJC) to ensure continuous development in both sports and academics.
